    • Personal care or perishable items due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

    • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the product and packaging to info.rahimiaherbals@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
